How it works

Four steps. The production is on us.

  1. Coffee firstA 30-minute virtual coffee with Matt, so you both know the fit is right.
  2. Your questionsYou choose the three to five questions. It's your expertise, so the show follows your lead.
  3. One recordingAbout an hour on video, from your own desk. No studio.
  4. Your approvalYou review the edit. Once you say yes, it goes out on a Friday, with clips after.

We do professional due diligence on every guest, so the people we bring on are trustworthy and respected, and our referral network stays professional.

“I help trades companies with 50 to 500 employees run their health plan so the renewal stops being a surprise. I built and sold a health insurance agency, so I know how that number gets built.”

The short version: more than a decade as a financial planner for business owners, an agency grown to 60 agents and sold, then two years consulting on agency mergers. Today Matt runs Raku Insurance Advisors, which works for employers, not carriers. CLTC® and CRPC®, licensed in ten states.
